Hi,
my name is Hannah and I am a photo hoarder.
No, ha...maybe?
I have no idea how many pictures you have to have stored on your computer to be deamed
a photo hoarder.
I have over 20,000 photos...on my external hard drive alone.
*
It all started when I was 13.
I saved up my money for a loooong time and finally had $200 dollars to buy a digital camera.
It was extremely crappy by today's standards, but I was in love.
Although the large majority of those pictures are blurry, random, and not artistic in anyway,
they're special.
I seem to have accidentally (by my shutter happy finger) documented almost my entire adolescence,
and that of my friends.
I can't help but feel thankful that I was indirectly given the job of being the "photographer" in my group of friends and family.
My small and insignificant camera went everywhere with me.
I took pictures of best friends, cousins, seasons, families, holidays, tea parties, girls camp, myself, and of course my cats.
As a photographer I have a passion for capturing moments and emotion.
I'm glad that at 13 I did this in the simplest way possible...
point.and.shoot.
Don't miss the point and shoot moments
